The Excitement is Building

I think back on the arc of my life, and the writing I have done as a child, a teenager, a college student, and in my adult life. I remember fondly my first short novel, which never got published, but was my kids' favorite. Its dot-matrix printed pages became a well worn bedtime story when they were young.

And now, within the next couple of months, I will be holding my first of nine novels in this series that I work on passionately every day.

Rian Krieger is alive to me. Sometimes it feels as though I am channeling her. Usually, I can write with ease, every day, for several hours starting early in the morning. If I find myself stuck, I close my laptop and go walk on the beautiful bay beaches in Brewster on Cape Cod with my wife and our Great Dane dog. The very act of shutting off my brain shows me the path forward. Thanks for coming along the ride with me. I feel supremely grateful for all of your support.
